Oh my goodness, we did Salmon on a cedar plank almost that same night…and we thought we overcooked ours too! But we still enjoyed every mouthful! Maybe you aren’t happy with the photo quality but it still made our mouths water just looking at them!

Would LOVE to be in a Supper Club with you guys! This sounds amazing! We had a rating system at our house for a while. The kids figured out pretty quick that they needed to influence Dad significantly in order for their numbers to count. They began to form alliances before the voting … but they never voted me off the island. I remember a steak you did with a Mexican topping of some kind that was delicious!

Love this! What a great idea. We experiment in the kitchen together, but it is never this well planned out. Can’t wait to read about the next try.
