Now I am completely aware that we enjoyed quite a mild summer here in the Bay Area, especially in comparison to the rest of the country; but on those rare warm days we did need to find a way to cool down. And these two little chums were dressed for it.
By the way, I absolutely adore the body language that was captured in this pic – “Hey! No tickling!!” (thanks Traci).
And this one – “Give me back that hand!”
He was practically giddy when he found her hand again!
Then, as soon as “WATER” is mentioned, he forgets all about silly hand games and leaps of the table in pure excitement.
He may grow up to be a swimsuit model or act in shower gel commercials – we try not to limit the possibilities.
Showing off his muscular physique! Even though I’ve never seen it, I’m pretty sure Kyle must strike this pose all the time while I’m gone because Kade really gets a kick out of “showing his muscles”.
Sometimes going out to water the garden would turn into a bigger process than originally planned.
With all that fun in the sun, naps sure were long on those afternoons.
